U6/U8 Module at Summer GBM
There
is no fee for the course. Registration is limited and is on a first
come first serve basis.
STYSA will conduct a U6/U8 Module for coaches on Saturday, July 11th at the Summer GBM. The five hour course will take place at the Hilton Houston North Hotel located at 12400 Greenspoint Dr in Houston from 9-11:30 am and 2-4:30 pm.
The
U6/U8 Youth Module is designed to provide the most current and
advanced information for the growth and development of the U6
through U8 youth player. The ultimate goal is to provide
coaches with the tools to ’unlock the game within each
child’ and reach his or her full soccer potential. The
module will show coaches developmentally appropriate activities for
children and the use of games as a vehicle to learning.
Coaches
may register for the course via email by sending their completed application
to almam@stxsoccer.org. Coaches
should plan to participate in activities during the afternoon
session.
